Vendor Information

To our vendors.

We greatly appreciate our vendors as their support enables us to provide quality educational programs at a reasonable price as well as getting updated and important information on products that relate to Infection Prevention.   We welcome new vendor applicants and appreciate your interest in supporting our chapter, which covers the state of Indiana.  Please look over our web site to see our structure and purpose, including our regionalization map. 

We have two educational conferences a year, in April and October.  Our vendors donate a per table fee to exhibit their products and provide information to the Infection Preventionists (IPs).   At the conferences we allow ample time for vendor visits and obtain contact information for product follow-up.  Tables are usually open prior to the meeting, at the morning break and over the lunch hour.  We also provide the vendor with one free lunch that is included with the table donation fee.

There are also opportunities for more intimate presentations to smaller groups at our regional meetings.  Often vendors have requested or agreed to sponsor a meeting luncheon with an opportunity to display / discuss a specific product line.  We welcome and appreciate the opportunity for this more prolonged interaction and having an opportunity for some questions.  We also provide an opportunity for product presentation at our board of director meetings.
